Explore The Park

Astoria Park is located underneath the Robert F. Kennedy (formerly Triborough) and Hell Gate Bridges in Queens, New York. The park primarily sits between the East River and 19th Street, and from Hoyt Avenue South to Ditmars Boulevard.

Situated on nearly 60 acres, there is something for everyone to discover and love about Astoria Park! Notable attractions include New York City's oldest and largest swimming pool, a running track, a bocce court, fourteen tennis courts, a childrens playgrounds, and a skatepark.

The Astoria Park Pool opens the first weekday after the public school season concludes. Astoria Park Pool access closes before the New York City public school season begins. Guests are required to bring a lock for valuables and will not be permitted without a lock unless only entering wearing a bathing suit and white t-shirt. Locks are not sold on park grounds.

Parking lot access is available off the corner of Hoyt Avenue North & 19th Street. The nearest subway stop is Astoria Blvd of the N or W trains. In August of 2017, NYC Ferry service access added a ferry stop nearby at 3-10 Astoria Blvd., Astoria, NY 11102.
